Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 15 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Returns may be sent to PO Box 1001, Mercer Island, WA 98040-1001, or you may contact us to make alternative arrangements. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if the payment has been received. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
